Humtown Products is more than just a core shop, we are solutions providers. We work with foundries to provide the highest quality cores and molds for their customers. With multiple production areas and Industry 4.0 machinery, we are able to meet any and all of our customers’ core and mold needs. Our facility is equipped with extra warehouse space to stock our customers’ sand cores and molds onsite. We are also able to make tooling repairs, modifications and rigging in-house.

Utilizing Conventional
Manufacturing & 3D Sand Printing

Sometimes when time is of the essence, we can utilize conventional manufacturing and 3D sand printing in what we call the Dual Path. While tooling is being made, Humtown Additive can 3D print toolingless sand cores and molds, eliminating unwanted lead time. Once tooling is completed, Humtown Products can manufacture the sand cores and molds conventionally, saving money. This gives foundries and OEMs the best of both worlds.

Humtown Additive, a division of Humtown that specializes in the additive manufacturing of sand cores and molds, now boasts a fleet of 3D sand printers in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Leetonia, Ohio.
